Cancellations and refunds:
If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing, acceptable either by fax or by email. Scand - America International, Inc. will refund after a reservation is confirmed according to the following:
- 61 days or more prior to departure, full refund less processing fee
- 60 days to 31 days prior to departure date 50% refund
- 30 days to 0 days prior to departure date NO refunds
We encourage insurance coverage. Ask us about it.
No refunds apply for NO SHOWS:
No refunds apply for unused services. Once travel commences there will be no refunds made on unused portions, nor is the price or value exchangeable for alternative services. No refunds apply for unused portions due to delayed, missed or cancellation of international flights. All expenses due to unexpected issues not related to the services we provide must be covered by the traveler. We encourage insurance coverage. Ask us about it.
There is a non-refundable minimum fee of $250 per person for each trip you cancel. This low fee reflects only our costs of administering a reservation, and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity.
Responsibilities and Liability:
By using the services of Tampa2Cuba you agree that neither Tampa2Cuba nor any representative shall be liable for death, any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to a client or those traveling with him or in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other travel services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond the control of Tampa2Cuba., including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, theft, delay, acts of god or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules. Tampa2Cuba. is not responsible for loss of life, personal injury, cancellations, delays, over-bookings, loss or damage of baggage and/or loss of services resulting from these same reasons.
Medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during all or part of the trip. You are responsible for selecting a trip appropriate to your liabilities and interests. You are responsible for insuring that you are in sufficient good health to undertake the trip, and that you are prepared for the trip by studying the itinerary and pre-departure materials sent by Tampa2Cuba recommends that all participants be covered by appropriate life, accident and medical insurance and that they be financially responsible for such expenses. We also recommend that all participants insure their personal property from loss and theft. Tampa2Cuba, Inc. is not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from such events.
For Payments with Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards.
For Payments by Checks: All checks must be made out to "Tampa2Cuba and sent to; 644 Windrush Bay Drive Tarpon Springs , FL 34689
Deposits: A deposit of $500 is required to confirm reservations.
Full Payment: Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to trip departure. For all bookings made less than 60 days prior to commencement of trip, full payment is required right away. Feel free to make a full payment at once.
Currencies and Pricing: Travels abroad most often involves dealing in other currencies. Until full payment has been made we reserve the right to adjust prices according to changes in other currencies vs the US Dollar.
